Balls Out! (ball game)
Form of organisation: | Materials: 20 to 30 exercise balls and one stopwatch |
Description of the game:
The game is played across the entire hall or in a third of the hall. A ball reservoir is formed from 4 turned over benches in the middle of the pitch, in which all balls are placed.
3 to 5 players are now chosen by the game leader who have to try to throw the balls out of the reservoir as quickly as possible.
All other players are trying to collect the balls again and return them to the ball reservoir.
Once no balls whatsoever are in the reservoir, the game leader stops the time and its the other team’s turn.
The team, which has achieved the task the fastest, is deemed the winning team.
Note:
The number of balls in the reservoir will depend on the team size. Here one should experiment a bit.
